Pre-order Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions

1. Shipping Lead Time: Pre-order items require 21–30 days for production after the order is placed. Please note that the exact delivery date may vary due to production schedules or logistics factors.

2. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

3. Combined Orders: If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order items are ready. If you wish to receive in-stock items earlier, please place separate orders.

4. Cancellations: Once the order is placed, cancellations are not accepted as production begins immediately.

5. Product return or exchange: All pre-order items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Exchanges are only available for defective products. If you find a defect, please contact us via email or WhatsApp to apply for an exchange. Once confirmed, please return the item in its original packaging with the receipt to our studio within 14 days.

6. Delays: While we strive to meet the estimated timeline, unforeseen production delays may occur. We will notify you via email or WhatsApp should there be any significant changes to your shipping date.
