Fatigued in the sunset's radiance, I moored myself beneath a tree. In the quiet, I watched the landscape and gazed upon glimmering memories.
Rested and heart replenished, I arose, eager for the dawn of a new day.
Returning to our roots
01 / THE INSPIRATION
This collection marks a turning point for 112 mountainyam. After ten years of designing, we paused. We looked back at where we started, and we asked ourselves: what do we want to say next?
The answer was clear — we wanted to return to our roots, but in a new way. To rediscover what "New Chinese" means to us. Not as a costume, not as nostalgia, but as something alive and relevant for today.
East meets West. Then meets now.
02 / THE EXPRESSION
The designer delved into the historical imagery of 1930s Hong Kong, drawing inspiration from the architecture and attire of that era, weaving together moments of East meets West. The classic cheongsam silhouette is reinterpreted in a modern way, using innovative and sustainable materials with precise tailoring.
A new chapter
This is not a tribute to the past. This is the beginning of what comes next.
