Customization Process

1. By Appointment Only: Please book your visit on our website at least 3 days in advance. The studio hosts only one group of customers per time slot.

2. Appointment Confirmation: We will confirm your appointment details via WhatsApp or Email within 24 hours after you submit your information.

3. Style Selection: Choose your preferred style in person at the studio.

4. Material Selection: Select your desired fabric and patterns.

5. Measurement: We will take your professional measurements.

6. Fitting & Alterations: Once production is complete, we will contact you for a fitting. We provide complimentary alteration service. 

Terms and Conditions

1. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please notify us via WhatsApp or Email at least 2 days before your appointment. Each group is allowed only one rescheduling.

2. Production Lead Time: 

Bespoke orders: 1-2 months.

Made-to-Measure orders: 2-3 weeks.

Note: Delays may occur due to public holidays or extreme weather (e.g., Typhoon Signal No. 8).

3. Payment: A 50% deposit is required on the day of measurement. The remaining balance is due upon collection.

4. Refund Policy: Once the deposit is paid and the order is confirmed, no refunds will be issued.
